This policy explains how Veyrencia handles information you share when you use our website or mobile app to plan and reserve chauffeur service.

Information we collect

When you request a ride, we collect the name, email address, phone number, pickup date and time, pickup and destination locations, selected service and vehicle, passenger count, and any flight number you provide. We also keep reservation, fare, and payment status records needed to manage your trip.

How we use it

We use this information to calculate fares, check vehicle availability, arrange and confirm rides, contact you about your itinerary, process payments, provide support, and maintain business records.

Payments and service providers

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Veyrencia receives payment status and related transaction identifiers, but the app does not ask you to enter your card number. Pickup and destination information is sent to a mapping provider to calculate routes and fares. We may share trip details with the chauffeur or vehicle operator assigned to fulfill your reservation, and information with providers that host and operate the service.

Storage and your choices

The app does not require an account or request access to your device’s background location. It stores a reservation reference on your device so you can check your latest booking. You can ask us about your information or request deletion by contacting us below. We may retain records where needed to complete service, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
